Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
    1 1/2 c. diced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. white or tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, carrots, celery, green onions and radishes.
    Combine all of the remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and stir to coat.
    Cover and chill for several hours.
    Yields 12 servings.
