Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs, beaten separately
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend the sugar, eggs and oil. Sift and add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and dash of salt. Add the carrots and nuts (optional). Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes. Decrease heat to 300\u00b0. Bake 20 minutes longer.
    Use a greased spring-form or Bundt pan.
