Mae'S Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. sauerkraut
2 fresh sausage patties
1 small onion
1 small apple or 3/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Brown crumbled sausage; drain off fat.
Add chopped or diced onion.
Add chopped or diced apple and caraway seed.
Heat on medium-low to low heat for about 1 hour or more, if desired. Cover saucepan.
