Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 egg
5 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/4 c. melted lard
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix flour, salt and lard together well.
Beat egg, water and vinegar together and add to flour mixture.
Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
Yield: 2 crusts.
