Berry Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. milk (whole or skim)
    1 large egg or 2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    fruit: 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries or blackberries, cherries or raspberries
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Make well in center. Beat together with remaining ingredients (except berries) and pour into well.
    Blend the ingredients, stirring gently, then add berries.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and eat.
