Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, heat chips and butter.
    Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
    Press 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Chill before cutting into bars.
