Corn And Sausage Skillet Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 lb. bulk sausage (not links)
1 Tbsp. diced onions
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Cook sausage in a 10-inch skillet until crumbly and well done. Add remaining ingredients, except cornbread mix.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Prepare cornbread mix as directed on box.
Spread evenly on top of corn-sausage mixture.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 4 to 6. Ummm good!
