Cinnamon-Nut Bubble Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, yeast and salt.
    Mix well. Add eggs, 1/2 cup butter and 2 1/4 cups flour.
    Beat until mixture is smooth.
    Add remaining flour, mix well.
    Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
    Knead until dough is smooth and elastic, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) free from drafts, 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
