Molded Cranberry-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh cranberries
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook cranberries in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add sugar and salt.
    Cook an additional 10 minutes. Add gelatin which has been soaked in the cold water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Chill the jello and when it is about to set, stir in celery and nuts. (Drained, crushed pineapple may be added, if desired.)
    Pour into a wet mold and chill until firm.
    Serves 10 to 12.
