Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. margarine, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except chocolate chips and nuts. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top, then bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
