Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. bite size Cheddar cheese crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions.
    Drain well.
    Combine cooked vegetables, celery, onion, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
