Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (later)
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Boil all ingredients but soda for 5 minutes.
Stir well. Remove from heat and add soda.
Pour over popcorn and mix.
Put in 2 flat pans in 250\u00b0 oven.
Bake 1 hour.
Stir a few times.
Store in tight container.
