Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Totally mix sugar and cocoa; dump in milk, vanilla and margarine, but do not mix.
Put in microwave about 2 minutes, until butter melts.
Right after you take it out of the microwave, pour in pecans and start mixing.
Pour onto greased dish.
Put in refrigerator.
It is ready to cut in a few minutes.
