Chicken Breast Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. Sauterne wine (any white wine will do)
1/2 tsp. minced onion (instant)
1/2 ??? curry powder
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika.
Place in a baking dish.
Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in boiling water. Add wine, onion and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 45 minutes or longer, until tender and golden brown.
