Streusel Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine sugar, Crisco oil and egg.
Add milk and beat thoroughly.
Stir in combined dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth. Spread in a greased 9-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
