Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium squash
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 stick margarine
    6 oz. Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Peel and slice squash.
    Cook squash and onion in water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Fold carrots, squash and onion into soup and sour cream mixture.
    Melt margarine in saucepan and stir in stuffing.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish.
    Pour vegetable mixture over stuffing.
    Top with other 1/2 of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
