Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    6 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Put cornstarch and sugar and mix.
    Blend in milk and other ingredients.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 or 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
