Zucchini Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size zucchini
    1 large onion
    4 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt, pepper and cheese. Add the water and beat.
    Set aside.
    Slice zucchini lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and cut up to bite size pieces (do not peel).
    Put oil in frypan.
    Add zucchini and chopped onion. Fry until tender.
    Add egg mixture and allow to set. Turn in plate and return to pan until set.
