Sam Fye'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (Nestle Toll House is best)
4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (Keebler is best), food process until fine
2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. rum extract
5 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0 and melt chocolate in saucepan.
Remove from oven, cover and let cool.
Raise oven temperature to 325\u00b0. Butter a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
Put pan in freezer until ready to use.
