Doran'S Five Minute Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place skillet on stove eye with oil; let skillet get hot.
    Mix corn meal, flour, buttermilk and water. Add well beaten egg; mix well.
    Pour into skillet.
    Leave on stove eye for about one minute.
    Place hot skillet on bottom rack in oven for 5 minutes.
    Move to top rack and turn on broiler until golden brown.
