Cheddar And Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Vidalia onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 large eggs
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Mix eggs and milk, then set aside. Line 8 x 13-inch baking dish with 1 cup buttered cracker crumbs. Layer 1/2 onions, can of soup, 4 ounces cheese, 1/2 onions and top with egg/milk mixture.
Mix remaining crumbs and cheese and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
