Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
cinnamon
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in pineapple and eggs.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart lightly greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
