Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/2 lb. shells, cooked and drained
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine; stir in flour.
    Cook over low heat for 1 minute.
    Gradually stir in milk; stir until thickened. Remove from heat; add cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts; stir in tuna, shells and black pepper.
    Heat until hot.
    Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
