Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed potatoes
    1 can corned beef, sliced thinly
    1 large onion, sliced thinly
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Place half of potatoes in a casserole dish, then cover with a layer of corned beef, then a layer of onion.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with Velveeta cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese browns.
