Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

30 Ritz crackers
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped finely

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; add Ritz crackers, sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Press into metal pie pan and bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let cool until completely cold.
Add bunch of Cool Whip over shell and sprinkle with coconut.
