Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled, grated zucchini squash
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine zucchini, sugar, eggs, oil and nuts.
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices together.
Gradually, add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture and mix thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
