Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground hamburger meat
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 head lettuce
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 package or 8 oz Dorito chips, crushed
1 (no. 202) can pinto beans
1 bottle Catalina Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onions.
In separate bowl, break up lettuce, combine with chopped tomatoes and dorito chips.
Just before serving add browned hamburger meat and onions to lettuce. Add rinsed and drained beans and toss with dressing.
Serve immediately.
8-10 servings.
