American Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
dash of garlic powder
1 Tbsp. hot fat
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (1 lb. 4 oz. or 2 c.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Buy the tenderloin 24 hours in advance before you wish to prepare for marinating.
Have the butcher truss the meat which means that he cuts off the fat and secures it with string for cooking.
Place tender in a large Pyrex bowl to marinate.
