Cheese Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk or sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped chives or parsley (optional)
Preparation

Bake potatoes as normal.
Let potatoes stand for 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven.
Halve potatoes lengthwise and carefully scoop out inside. Set shells aside.
