Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hash brown potato mix with onions
    2 c. hot water
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    picante sauce and sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine hash brown potato mix and water; stir well.
    Let stand, covered, 15 minutes; drain.
    Wrap tortillas securely in aluminum foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
