Kim'S Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. assorted pasta spirals
    8 oz. small peeled shrimp
    6 oz. snow crab meat
    6 oz. sea scallops
    2 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
    1 chopped tomato
    4 chopped green onions
    6 oz. Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. heavy cream
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saute pan.
    Add garlic, shallots, tomato and onion.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add shrimp and scallops.
    Cook until shrimp and scallops are slightly firm.
    Add crab and cooked pasta spirals.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring the whole time.
    Add heavy cream and allow to simmer until reduced in half.
    Add cheese and pepper.
    Mix well and serve immediately.
