Sue'S Chicken Marsala (Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken cutlets, slice cutlets 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 oz. Marsala wine
    1 small can College Inn chicken broth
    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour.
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Saute chicken until lightly browned (2 minutes each side).
    Remove chicken to oven dish.
    Add following to frying pan:
    Marsala wine, chicken soup and enough flour to thicken.
    Add mushrooms; bring to boil for 1 minute.
    Place over chicken and place in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
