Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 red bell pepper, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Brown beef, garlic and ginger over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    In same skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
    Stir-fry pepper and peas until tender-crisp, 3 minutes.
    Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil; mix oil.
    Return beef, heat through 5 minutes.
    Stir in green onions.
    Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
