Round Steak Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed round steak
    1 can consomme
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
    4 c. sliced celery
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 large can bean sprouts or 1 can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables
    flour with water for thickening
Preparation
    Toss meat
    in
    nonstick
    pan
    or in small amount of fat until it\tbrowns.
    Add
    soups
    with water and soy sauce.\tCook meat on low
    heat or in a 325\u00b0 oven until almost tender (about 30 minutes).
    Add
    celery.
    Cover.
    Cook gently for 30 minutes or until
    done.
    Blend
    flour and water; add to thicken.
    Heat until boiling
    point
    and
    cook until thick.
    Add drained bean sprouts and
    mushrooms.
    Heat through.
    Serve on rice or crisp noodles. Serves 6.
    Freezes well.
