Finger Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium stalks celery, sliced crosswise very thin
    1 medium carrot, sliced very thin
    2 cloves garlic, diced very fine
    10 to 15 olives, sliced or quartered
    1 medium onion, halved and sliced very thin
    1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
    few thin slices broccoli stems (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with 1 bottle Italian dressing and allow to marinate several hours or overnight.
    Delicious.
