Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. chocolate chip morsels
3/4 c. butterscotch chip morsels
Preparation

Preheat
oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until thick and foamy. Add
sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff. Add vanilla (a few drops of food coloring adds a festive touch for Christmas
cookies,
St.
Valentine's
day or Easter time; otherwise the cookies will be white).
Stir in nuts and chips. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Drop onto foil in small peaks.
Put cookies
in
oven
and
turn
off
oven.
Leave in closed oven several
hours
or
until oven is completely cool. (Do not leave oven light on or cookies will be sticky.)
