Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil (Wesson, Crisco)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, finely chopped
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Do not use mixer.
Mix well and add flour with cinnamon, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
