Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. diced celery
1 c. finely chopped cauliflower
1/4 c. diced green onion
1 c. chopped cashews or other nuts
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Chill.
May garnish just before serving with crisp-cooked crumbled bacon.
