Pecan Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour and nuts and mix thoroughly.
Drop from a teaspoon on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Yields 7 dozen.
