Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar or more to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
Preparation

Beat heavy cream until very thick; set aside.
Cream together sugar and cream cheese; add vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream.
Top with pie filling of your choice.
