Eleanor'S Hot Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, cocoa and cornstarch.
    Add milk and cook over low heat until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add margarine and vanilla.
    If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk.
    Mint flavoring also may be added.
