Whole Wheat Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine flours and cheese in large mixing bowl.
    Add yeast mix; beat at low until well blended.
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth (5 minutes).
    Cut dough into 32 pieces.
    Shape each into ball.
    Roll each ball into a 14-inch rope.
    Twist each into pretzel shape.
    Place on baking sheets with cooking spray.
