Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 3 large chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1 large bag tortillas, crushed
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone it. Save 1 cup of broth.
    Mix soups and Ro-Tel. In casserole dish, layer 1/2 bag crushed chips, 1/2 soup mixture, chicken, cheese and another layer of chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
