Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. roasted yellow cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil or lard melted
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients together. Make a well in the dry ingredients, then add liquid all at once. Beat thoroughly. our into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
