Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 small onion, diced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix potatoes, onion, cheeses and salt and pepper in ovenproof casserole dish or pan.
Heat milk and butter until melted.
Add to potato and cheese mixture.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
