Chocolate Fudge Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Karo
    2/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. cocoa
    2 c. Pet milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vanilla; cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Set aside and let cool.
    Add vanilla and beat until creamy and thick.
    Pour in greased pan.
    When cold, cut in squares.
