Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pound Velveeta - grated
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Garlic Salt to taste
Chili powder mix

Preparation

Mix all of above ingredients.
Form into a roll then roll in chili powder mix enough to coat outside.
Wrap and refrigerate. Slice when ready to use.
Keeps well frozen.
