Chicken And Hash Brown Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet red peppers
Preparation

Thaw hash browns overnight in refrigerator.
Layer in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place chicken and mushrooms over potatoes.
Mix sour cream, broth, soup, onion and red pepper.
Pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
