Ingredients

2/3 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Salt
1-1/2 c. (12 oz. can) undiluted Evaporated Milk
1 c. Water
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 ready made Chocolate Flavored Pie Crust
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped Peanuts
1 (12 oz.) bag (2 cups) Milk Chocolate Morsels
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine Sugar, Cornstarch and Salt. Stir in Milk and Water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Turn to low heat and add small amounts of cooked mixture to the Eggs. Mix well and return Egg mixture to saucepan and continue stirring. Mix in 1-3/4 cups of the Chocolate Morsels and stir until melted. Allow mixture to come to a boil and thicken on low for 3 minutes (continually stirring). Remove from heat and add Vanilla and Peanut Butter; stir until melted.
