Fat-Free Potato Wedges(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium white potatoes
    1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. onion salt or garlic salt
Preparation
    Wash well and cut unpeeled potatoes into wedges.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic Ziploc bag.
    Add potato wedges into bag and shake to coat with powdered mixture.
    Leave 1-inch unzipped midway on Ziploc bag.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
